The 'right to disconnect' from your job outside of contracted hours is become a contentious legal issue

I already have a 'right to disconnect' - it's called ignore all calls, messages, or emails about work outside of work time, refuse to accept a work-supplied device, and never look at work emails except when actually at work (and I feel the desire to actually log into the work ecosystem). I am not paid to be 'on call'.

My time away from work is my time, not work's time.
