Why employees wouldn’t talk to me?

It’s always happening when I refuse to answer my manager who was running behind me and who I rejected.
A bald ugly ( no offense bald guys) old idiot that his wife left him because he is a huge loser was trying hard to have a shot with me… I was having nausea each time I was looking at his face.. it was like a punishment.

Now that he is sure as hell that he wouldn’t get a thing he is arming some stupid employees to act against me.
It’s pathetic.
