I do- as I'm Christian I don't believe it brings enlightenment, etc. I do it for it's secular benefits- productivity, focus, etc. I also don't do chants and the like.

Man, I wish our workplace had one of those modern hipster meditation spaces.....

@BohemianBabe Yep, we're in a corridor with other businesses, oh well at least get to use a coffee machine!
