Is there anyway my vision could be worse in certain environments vs others?

I've been thinking my vision is getting worse and worse when I'm at work. I took off early Friday and took off work today. I just noticed my vision started getting a bit blurry, because I started drinking tonight. I've been drinking all weekend though (a lot, too), and I haven't noticed serious issues with my vision. So, is there any way that my work environment could be affecting my vision (and not others, I should add)? I've drank more this weekend, so it's not the alcohol. Plus, I don't go to work intoxicated from any substance.

Could something at my job be affecting my vision? It's gotten really bad. I couldn't even see someone in front of me at times. I don't have problems with seeing things up close. But, it's like it takes a few days or so for my eyes to adjust back to what they previously were...

I almost feel like it's my environment, because it gets really bad at work vs on the way to work. Then, it takes days for my eyes to feel better.

I've had a lot of issues with my eyes recently also. I have to go in to the eye doctor every 2 month to get injections in both eyes. I get the vitreal hemmarage(bleeding inside the eye). When that happens, everything is blurred out, and it can last for a couple of months.
Your best bet is to see the eye doctor. You really don't want to mess around with your vision.

This is the primary reason I don't see an eye doctor.
@perceptivei If I didn't, I would be blind by now.

@TheSentinel The doctor didn't seem to care about my vision. My friend, at the time, continued to demand i needed vision correction immediately and paid for the service. But, the service was crap. I kept trying to answer the questions, but she kept going on without listening. I didn't feel as if I had a prescription when the exam ended.

I never wore the prescription. I still have the glasses. My vision got better after i took some days off from work though which I'm trying to understand.

@TheSentinel The doctor didn't seem to care about my answers --- "Can you see this, or this, etc."

@perceptivei Go to someone else, an ophthalmologist and have a full eye test.
@perceptivei A while back, I had a very uncompassionate eye doctor. I fired him and got a new one.

@TheSentinel Yeah. I'm still noticing the difference when I'm at home.
