Toxic work environment

This job has finally convinced me that someone who is incompetent can succeed in a company by being pure annoying. being loud and putting others down while boosting themselves up with nothing to back it up. The GM supports it because they are like minded. Just think everyone is trash and they are the greatest. Trash supports trash though. They need this type of environment because one that was good, that cared about people, not exploited them, would not allow them anywhere near the front door. They need to turn it toxic to keep their job. If they want to bully people then they can expect to get bullied back. I’m done letting these disgusting humans get away with tearing good people down. It just sucks that I can’t really say anything to bring them down because their life is already worse than any thing I would wish to inflict on them.
