I’m so over these interviews now…

I’ve interviewed five applicants so far and only two of them seemed to take this seriously. The first one didn’t even know what job they were applying for and two more did it so half-assed like they didn’t even give a shit. Even the HR rep sitting in with me sarcastically remarked after one of them left “He really wants the job, don’t he?” These are the people I have to consider working with me? By this point, I’m gonna have to ask HR or whoever to keep the position listed as open for a bit longer because if these are my only options right now, it is not going to be filled anytime soon.
