Is being 5 mins late to a job every other day just the norm? Or is it irresponsible?

It's better to be on time. I mean stuff happens sometimes but for the most part they should show up on time.

Yeah...5 minutes is hardly noticeable. If that was a thing at my job, half the office would have been fired by now. 🤷‍♀️

5 mins is nothing. I knew a guy that would show up 30 mins late every sunday
