Anybody here work from home?

What do you do for work?
How is it working from home?
Does management constantly monitor you?

I have the same problems on every single job.
I get anxiety to the point I hate waking up in the morning and going to work.
Gonna start looking at WFH jobs.

My goal is to be out of my current job before December

I have worked at home for 9 yrs. Program Mgr for a large insurance company. They provide the laptop, docking station, two monitors, and secure vpn. I provide the desk and wifi.
Zero monitoring of work, but dialing in to calls is required. I choose my start time in the morning. Can take time to step away during the day, as necessary.
Salaried job, so I don't punch a clock. But get paid to do a job, regardless of how long it takes.
Must be self motivated and able to be productive w/o being monitored regularly.
