Anybody here work from home?

What do you do for work?
How is it working from home?
Does management constantly monitor you?

I have the same problems on every single job.
I get anxiety to the point I hate waking up in the morning and going to work.
Gonna start looking at WFH jobs.

My goal is to be out of my current job before December

I work in project management and have worked from home for 2 years plus. I love not having to go into an office as with the programs available we have constant ability to contact colleagues as well participate in meetings.
I never worry about whether management is watching over my shoulder, the secret is having self control to start work on time, complete work in time and out in a full day.
