Omg I just had the write up meeting with my boss and the insane coworker.

@CountScrofula she decided that she ever did anything wrong and that she's a victim. That we're all horrible and that we shut her out and that her husband hates what she has to go through. Yes I'll admit we do shut her out a bit, but if you saw how rude and hateful she she can be, you wouldn't want to interact with her either. She through everyone under the bus, including me. She even denied smarting off to the doctor, which he confirmed did happen. She just kept twisting things around, making us all look like monsters.

@Lilliesandlight Big thing you need to do is write everything she does down to protect yourself and make sure you have witnesses. It's way harder for the boss to give her benefit of the doubt when you have proof she's a monster.

@Lilliesandlight nd sorry the unsolicited advice is because I help people with this kinda stuff for a living. Promise I'm an expert! lol

@CountScrofula there's no point, they threw out my write up and told me I'm not allowed to write her up again

@Lilliesandlight I don't mean the actual write-up I mean actual documented evidence with witnesses. The other option is to have so many people complain about her they have no option but to deal.

@CountScrofula the entire office has complained about her. Even the new receptionist that started a couple of months ago. She plays the victim so well that they truly believe that we are all ganging up on her.

@Lilliesandlight They can believe what they want. Like the strategy is to actually make it unlivable for them so they have no option.

And you are ganging up on her. But you're ganging up on her because she sucks and needs to be fired, not because she's done nothing wrong and you're all the bad guys.

@CountScrofula the doctor himself told me that another one of his employees, who's been there for years, told him that she's never seen anyone make so many mistakes

@CountScrofula yes, and she puts on this act towards the patients to make it look like she deeply cares for them. She knows which ones to pick too. The ones that have a close relationship with the doctor and his wife. It's sickening seeing her interact with them. Her voice is just dripping with fakenesss
