Always and forever, but who cares? Work for yourself, take the high road, then once you’ve achieved perfection, move on with head held high….

@SW-User The owner only cares about getting the work done - unless you're kicking ass - he/she doesn't give a crap about you...trust me, I'm an owner - all these guys that tell me their hardship stories, but then show up late, act lazy and complain then leave early...really? I don't want to know their problems....you work, I pay...

In short, make yourself valuable and irreplaceable - then the money will come...
