My 1st visit to NYC
My company had sent me to NYC for training. I was staying across the street from the training center.
While on the sidewalk I saw women dressed up for work in tennis shoes and carrying an aluminum baseball bat.
I commented, Do those women play coed softball after work? My question alerted those around me that I've never been to NYC.
No! 馃ぃ They laughed. The bat is for fending off the homeless beggers and the shoes are for running away or walking from the subway.
That's sucks.
