Is it common/normal to vomit on your period ?! [I Hate My Period]

Besides the painful cramps, I always throw up during the first-second day of my period and it’s extremely tiring. I wonder if it’s normal? Or do I have to check with some doctor ????

@KuroNeko i Just go through it on a regular basis. Every Month during every period that’s why I started to get worried...but I guess it’s nothing. Thank you

@Moon3624 If you are worried at all then please do go ask a doctor. Just because it happens doesn't mean that it can't be helped in some way. I used to suffer with bad cramps and really heavy periods but the contraceptive pill made a huge difference to me.
