Is it common/normal to vomit on your period ?! [I Hate My Period]
Besides the painful cramps, I always throw up during the first-second day of my period and it’s extremely tiring. I wonder if it’s normal? Or do I have to check with some doctor ????

It can happen if the pain is too intense... But if the pain is that intense, you'd like to check in with a doctor, as it might point to something.
But yeah some people have the tendency to develop nausea and vomiting independent of the pain. For instance, personally, my anxiety goes up during PMS and a symptom of that I have is constant nausea which is exaggerated during pms.
Tldr: your doctor knows best.
