I Hate My Period

Sometimes I wonder how did women centuries ago deal with their monthly cycle? Seeing that there wasn't ibuprofen or advil at the time, how did they deal with the pain? Furthermore, did they also hate it or did they see it differently.

I called it the curse god out in Eve for eating the forbidden fruit way back then. But you will survive there is an end in 20-25yrs
