I Hate My Period

Baby girl you need to speak to your mother about that pain. I've had my period for 33 years now, a lot of it with really bad pain. I've never had a stabbing pain, it's always felt like someone was squeezing the crap out of the bottom half of my body. I've known women and girls who have been nearly paralyzed from the pain and when they've described it they've said it's like waves of squeezing muscle cramps. And if you aren't eating anything that's not a good sign. Rather speak out and get help. It's not brave to suffer in silence it's just daft. Especially since there is really nice medication to ease period pain!

No that's not right. That sounds more like appendicitis or something. Really bad period pain feels like someone is squeezing the bottom half of your body. Stabbing pain that is localized is indicative of something else! Did you eat something yucky last night?

I told my mom and she says that it's just regular period pain, but I will take my ibuprofen in the next few minutes since I just ate cereal (even though I have no appetite I eat at least once a day because it doesn't make me feel sick). If the pain continues after taking it, because usually one pill fixes all of my cramps, then I'll tell her about it, thank you.

Have your mom take you to the doctor's. There are things they can do for you. I was the same way.

I would love some white chocolate but I literally have no appetite :(
