Depends on the man. Some guys deal with the natural aging process with no drama, but for others, each step of the way is a crisis.

It's not fair to call it "male menopause". We never had the burden that nature gave to women. We have a thing. It is mostly desperation and pathos because we aren't sexy anymore. Not in that youthful way, at least. So we do silly stuff to try to be sexy and youthful, but it is not menopause. Multiple orgasms may have been a lame consolation prize for the fairer sex. They got the short end of the stick.

One that I’ve never heard. Perhaps no one wants to admit they are going thru a midlife crisis… perhaps we need to call it something more palatable for men? A testosterone boost? (Although it’s more of an inability to cope with what everyone loses with the reality of aging). But men as well as women have a reduction of hormones, so if we need to call it menopause too… it does have the word “men” and “pause” in if.

It's total BS.
