I Am Anxiously Anticipating Menopause

Hahaha!!...only a man would say that...😂😂

I admit, I am a man. But, I went through it with my wife and now a daughter your age. Men may not go through a lot of the menopause symptoms, but believ me being a man going through the equivalent aging process is no walk in the park. I have been through my GU problems, including trouble urinating and needing "manipulation".

On the other hand I decided not to let it get me down. I eat the right foods and exercise. Every day and have the exercise tolerance and body o a 45 year old, according to my physician.

So embrace the aging process, look ahead, not behind.

@samueltyler2: it doesn't get me down, this was posted in light humour because I'm sick of reading about the election....lol

I try to avoid it, but I am addicted. I hate to think what will happen on Weds, regardless of winner! PM whenever you need, if you want. I have been there, yes only as a man. Did I say, I was also a physician until I stored in July!

You are living through Brexit, this is, perhaps a US equivalent.
