Having macromastia is a nightmare

I have so many questions, are you petite, average, or above average size upper frame I'm at a 35-inch band but wear a band of 36, anything below 34 and your frame is going to need a lot of body building. You say you wish you could get a reduction, well, I wish I can too but not yet. work out the back, shoulder and arm muscles. If possible, preferably in a swimming pool so your breasts are more buoyant. I'm not sure why you can't get a reduction, cost perhaps since you only wish for one and can't the advice, I give is all you can do. Not knowing your bra/cup size you might need to look into a support corset, they are very helpful, talk to your breast specialist or Dr about a referral to acquire one.
