I Have Gigantomastia

It's so hard to fight this condition. No one truly understands what it's like...
SuzanneSky · 31-35, F
hi, I truely understand, when I was 16 my size was 34E, my breasts are still growing.
Now I am a 40M and I have weight issues with my back, I have to sit ever 30 minutes or so. My left breast weighs about 18 lbs, and when I sit my breasts are in my lap. I am short at 5'4" so my breast size seems larger.
I am wanting a reduction but my doctor wants my raging, out of control hormones to slow down first.
I was diagnosed with gigantomastia when
I was 19.
As of now they seem to be gaining almost a cup size ever year., so I am praying they stop soon.
So I know exactly what you mean.

I was looking for the same person maybe. It used to make me so mad at all the guys that flocked to the support groups on EP and post stories trying to pick up ladies. I feel for you. I have rather large breasts and they are a pain so I can only imagine your pain.

Yea Wuiop...ronnie is who I was talking about. I was going to put Silent in the direction of her blog but it seems like it was taken down. I haven't talked to ronnie in a long time but figured I'd share her blog.

I am Ronnie who wrote the Ronnblog. First, I thank those of you who responded favorably to my blog. I'm sorry it ended the way it did. There are several reasons why that happened, the major one being a coordinated attack on me from a couple of people on EP. More to the topic at hand, I DID try to reach out to "silentwhisper" quite some time ago when I had started a support group for macromastic sufferers called "Order of the Custom Bra." We exchanged a few messages on EP, but she ended up blocking me. Sad to say, I think she is more interested in wallowing in her misery than accepting genuine support and encouragement.

@veeceekay1991 yes, when SW mentioned she also has dyslexia. I wondered if her family hated her not to give her any help, a person with that disorder can learn to read and write. it seems all Silent whispers want is to be melodramatic and make us wonder if her family hates her. Maybe they do but it still doesn't answer why all of a sudden write a blog about her having dyslexia. I'm surprised you managed to exchange messages since I remember you mentioning she never responded, maybe I misunderstood.

@StrangeWorld, I recall that blog site you speak of. Was down for months if I recall, was a shame. Had a lot of interesting sympathetic/empathetic points there if I recall.

StrangeWorld - RonnBlog. Ronnie offered a first-person perspective on many things, shedding light on what life is like for women with MM. Not only that, she is very approachable and sweet. :)

silentwhisper - First off, nice username. :)

One of my closest friends has this. She and I have bared many, many things in our lives to each other, and I can still only imagine the impact her chest has on her life. We mostly talk about the beautiful complexities of life, along with its ebb and flow, very rarely making mention of physical traits. For my part, I am honored to be her friend. In my eyes, her caring heart and sharp mind far overshadow her very large chest. :)

I used to have a friend on EP that had this and she was very open about it in a blog she would write in just about every day. You might already know of it..if you're not I can try to rack my brain to remember what her blog was called.

Well, for a man it´s indeed hard to understand your condition at all! But that doesn´t mean I wouldn´t help you to cheer you up, young lady.^^

Damn sorry, I found the site she used to blog on but it appears she took it down.

what is this condition and any cure for it? You should have a support group.
