I’m going to die guys. I don’t have much longer

I have a tiny mole on my breast and I don’t have much longer. I’m dying guys. I feel sluggish and tired. I workout but I don’t understand why I’m dying.
I hope it isn’t cancer but I looked it up and said it’s one of the cancer symptoms. Looks like I’ll be joining my grandpa in heaven sooner than I thought.
