Does having a mole on breast mean it’s cancer?

I’ve had a mole on my breast for a couple weeks but never grew or anything. It’s a brown little spot. I did a self exam and I felt no bumps. I felt a little pain but not much. My back was hurting and sometimes cancer spread happens. I’m going to die you guys. Please pray for me.
I don’t have long to live. I looked it up and a mole is one of the symptoms of breast cancer.
