This is a real thing? Just so I understand. What are the phases of a full cycle? I think i've heard of ovulation = horny, premenstral = hungry, menstration = pain, bloating, and cramps, somewhere there's crying and anger. Is there a day or two of stability?

Follicular - happy hormones
Ovulation - body is ready for egg to be fertilized
Luteal - homicidal, sad, hungry, depressed

I have PMDD so luteal is basically like hell but worse
