Are there any ladies here over 60 that can help me with question?

I don't want to be insulting as I'm a woman myself and one day I will be menopausal.

But I have to ask did it affect your memory? Going through the change?

And if it did, did it affect long or short term memory more?

I'm just trying to understand my mum's behaviour because it seems like anything I say to her she forgets.
And it's affecting her confidence as she gets anxious about her memory not being so good.

I'm just trying to understand a little better what she may be going through.

She is under a lot of pressure at work which has left her quite stressed out. So I'm going to say maybe this is the leading cause to her current issues.

I know when I'm going through a really anxious period time I end up forgetting things or being so nervous I over plan
