I don’t like that feeling of

falling asleep. I dislike being aware of that small moment in between awake and sleeping bc it’s harder to breathe and it feels like you’re moving somewhere due to change in blood pressure; it freaks me out. So I really have to distract myself so I can actually sleep, which is also annoying… but then there are nights where it just happens without a thought 😅 those nights are relieving; waking up the next day with out that mild fear from the night before *knockonwood*
