Oh shit I am going to die!!!! It’s been hurting on and off! I’m 19 I can’t have cancer!!! I AM GOING TO DIE! WOMEN HELP! I can’t die and I’m too scared to go to the doctor and it’s that pandemic.
I did a self exam and I have no bump. HELP! IS IT CANCER?!

If you're wearing the wrong size bra it can cause A LOT of uncomfortable pain, especially for a long time. Ifntheir is no lump you're going to be fine, the pain should ease off in a few hours. Unless you have to continue to wear the same tight bra, I recommend getting resized if you can.
