What do you think of this statement?

@sassypants Yes but is the statement generally true that its best for women to shower twice daily and I'm not referring to after workouts or strenuous activities.

@REMsleep Since you used the word best then I will agree with you although its not healthy for your hair to wash it that often especially if you are using a dryer.

@REMsleep what the hell is wrong with you? First, taking 2 showers a day depletes the necessary oils in the hair and body. I'll bet anything you are just a pathetic male all pissed off at Wimmin. If you ARE really an "F" then you're unhinged

@fernie2 That is a great point. I guess I didn't understand why this question refers to women specifically and not just people in general.

@sassypants Have you noticed how many commercials talk about us as though we are constantly leaking something from our bodies...like we are unclean (that is they way we are described in the buybull..unclean) Once every decade you might see a commercial about Jock Itch...that's about it. Plenty of products for Erectile Dysfunction though. Just about every commercial, no matter the product they are selling...has scantily clad Wimmin..in their underwear. NEVER has there been a full front shot of gonads. Endless commercials telling us that we are not good enough.

@fernie2 Yes because we should always smell clean and fresh because natural would be bad. Maybe it's not as sexist as it used to be but it still has a long ways to go.

@sassypants Because many people believe that women especially should be held to a higher standard of clean than men who are permitted to be a bit stinky at times. Also because women have different body parts. I have been told that I wasn't raised properly because I find one shower per day sufficient.

@REMsleep Well I shower as needed and also don't want dry skin so you have to find a balance. Clean yes,excessive no. We also need to stop being bullied by sexist marketing strategies.
