Here it's unfortunately American cheeses unless otherwise specified. Like a Swiss burger would likely be made with American Swiss cheese. Which is a totally different cheese than real Swiss cheese.
American Swiss cheese is more like a Jack cheese, which is totally American.
Ask an American to make the cheese for you. They'll likely get it right! 🙃
