Great question sad to see no replies so far...let me think...
Off the top of my head a reminder more than something new. I have a glass back which I was reminded of yesterday when I decided to do a bit of digging in the garden and 10 minutes later had a back strain, I've been making noises and using language that make me sound like a Tourette's sufferer ever since.
