I know. There was a period when people thought everyone had ADHD. Then doctors started saying it's overdiagnosed, and so everyone thought no one had ADHD.
Or like when I had been saying that someone in my life is a narcissist, and I said it for like 5 years. Then when it became popular on the internet to call people a narcissist (AFTER I had been saying it for 5 years), some idiots on here made fun of me because "it's the new buzzword".
People only understand things through whatever everyone else is saying. It's the way our school system is designed to make us think. People don't know how to break out of it.
