Eat absolutely loads of fruit and vegetables. Make them a quarter of your plate at least. Carrots, spring onions, runner beans and onions are some of the best ones. Eat as much fruit and veg as you like.
Fill up on protein-rich foods. Lean meat or poultry with visible fat and/or skin removed.
Have a limited amount of milk or cheese. I usually have 200ml of whole milk. If I had semi-skimmed it could 250ml and 350ml if it's skimmed.
Boiled eggs can be your friend too!
Grill food if you can, but if you fry anything, use a low-calorie cooking spray like Fry Light. That's just 1 calorie per squirt!
Yoghurts are great if they are zero fat and sugar:).
