I weighed myself this morning and I was down another pound this week

I’ve been working my ass off but it just won’t come down quick enough 😭😭😭 I wish I could cut it all off

People in work have been starting to comment though so I guess that’s good

If you lose it too quickly the skin won't have time to unstretch properly and you could have hanging skin which is worse
It took time to put the weight on so it should take time to lose the weight & be healthy
It's a process to loose & keep it off
One incentive to keep it off would be taking a full frontal nude once a week so you can see the process and over you @ the weight you want to be @ they will serve as a reminder/incentive to keep @ that weight

Great job!
Loosing to fast isn't healthy, you're doing better than me

@Justafantasy only like 20kg since January tho
@Ichangedmyname no idea where you started or where you're at or what the final goal is. If you're getting closer to the goal that's what matters

If you want to be healthy and stay healthy, you don't want to lose weight fast

Health comes from consistency not starvation

Just remember, if you've been exercising, muscle weighs more than fat, so if you replace fat witch muscle you'll LOOK thinner but might not show much actual weight loss.

Good job, keep it up! Keep in mind the losses on the scale aren't always linear due to water retention too, so sometimes you can still be making progress when the scale isn't showing it.

@Ichangedmyname ya the best way to track if you wanna be accurate is weigh daily but dont put any stock in the number, just record it and then at the end of each week average it out and look at the weekly average. that way you dont risk weighing in on an especially high or low day. some people cant handle the stress of daily weighing if the scale affects them mentally but for those that can handle it its definitely the best method.

@Anon066 I can’t do daily weighing I’ll end up in a psych ward again

@Ichangedmyname dont feel bad, a lot of women are like that lol. even some of them prepping for bikini shows and shit.

Every little bit helps and slowly and naturally is much better to keep it off also
It can take time. Remember though that it's not all about weight, it's more about inches. Your clothing tells a more accurate story than your bathroom scales.
