There is always a silver linning...

I have been feeling a little down today, but Elohim never gives me clouds without silver linings.🙂

I gave up meat 9 days ago, and then had one setback. I ate a hamburger. Still, the scale says I am down 9 pounds.Woot!!!!

Nine pounds in nine days isn't too bad. 😄
