UPDATE- I quit my diet

I quit my diet. I got too emotional about crap on this site, and gave it up. I don't think I will pick it back up again for a while, either. What can I say, I like to eat.*shrugs*

Made it through day one, and I am beginning day two of fasting. Great things are supposed to be happening today.. :-)

In addition to coffee, tea, broth, and a small amount of watered-down salted tomato juice, I have added limes for licking. Every other lick sees a dash of pink salt added to the top of the lime half. I think I may be needing electrolytes. :-)
I have also noticed that the waves of nausea that happened with fasting only last about half a minute and then go away.I have experienced back-to-back waves of nausea, but I have found that 8 oz of water gets rid of these. :-)
