Update for today

Well, I made it through another day of intermittent fasting. ๐Ÿ™‚

Even though I got kinda irritated last night, I didn't stress eat. I came on here and wrote my feelings down instead.

I think this is the answer for my emotional eating. I only need to write my thoughts down, and then for some reason, I don't feel the urge to eat. I can't say I understand why it works, but this works better for me than anything else in my life.๐Ÿค”

Today we are making homemade chicken and noodles, and although I do look forward to eating tonight, it is not with an intense desire that consumes me. :-)

Things are looking up.๐Ÿ˜ƒ
