Weight loss starts NOW!! I’m hurting a lot because of that belly! Things HAVE to change!!

@Bowenw I have. I have scoliosis too and he wanted me to get in shape so I don’t hurt so much with the weight

@cwalk34 Did he give you any suggestions on what is best for you e.g. diet or safe exercises?

@Bowenw yea he gave me some exercises to strengthen the core. But sadly I lost those a while back. lol

@cwalk34 I would think if you called his office his receptionist could get them for you.

@cwalk34 Probably not. A visit to your doctor is probably in order if you haven’t seen him in a while.

@cwalk34 I suggest your regular doctor if you have one, if not try to find one that will be able to care for you longterm.

@Bowenw ok. I’m a little sick though so I’m afraid if I go for that, I will be seen for my sickness instead. And I HATE shots! lol

@cwalk34 Everyone hates shots. Try to be brave and try to make getting healthy a priority.

@Bowenw I will. I just get embarrassed because the shot is always on my hip. I never know if they would pull my pants down or if I do and how far down. It’s just too embarrassing. lol
