Arm fat disappears with other fat, just takes a while. Fat is just triglycerides, which is just some glucose all shoved up inside into a small packet.
Working out until your tired burns all the glucose in your body at that time then starts burning the triglycerides that break down into glucose. It'll just pull it out randomly tho from wherever. Usually backwards from when the fat first came on.

@twistedrope I was gonna say something along the same lines. @sugarpie Just remember that seeing a change in some areas of your body definitely takes a bit longer! I started working out in November and changes in my arms/abs aren鈥檛 progressing as fast as my legs/glutes. :-) Proud of you though!

Would also suggest taking fat burners as well. Which help burn fat as well
