How I lost 2.6lbs in only in 6days straight

Weekend busy for me sorry if I haven’t responded I will anyway ,

I wanted to share a lazy workout for people with back issues or hard to workout March in place for 1hr and 20mins then up it Weekly or biweekly 1,000 steps so that will be 10 minutes work your way up

I did this 6 days straight I did 2hrs straight which is 12k steps marching place or walk-in back n forth even both Fitbit counting steps lost 2.6 lbs goal weight 60 breast booty and thighs to weight a lot trust me lol

25lbs total for this year need then 33 lbs my goal for next year I got this I stop for four months because depression got me hard
