okay this might be annoying to hear, but stopping eating actually slows your metabolism. if you wanna lose more weight, eat like 8 small meals a day and continue your exercise regimen. and the rest is basically genetics.

Cut way back on carbs and sugar. Eat lots of protein and veggies. Work out hard for at least a half hour daily.

Same here I am stuck at 125lbs goal is 115lbs. Been intermittent fasting for only about a week though so might take some time.

I always lose weight when I eat less, move more and drink plenty of water. Cut out sweets.

I think cardio works you just have to do a lot every day while eating healthier. I work out 6 days/week and take 1 cheat day where I don't overdo it

@SlippingAway They're tricky too. They tend to tell us 1200 calories but thats not enough. Also, an hour's walk a day. If you exercise, change it up too. Might be bulking.
@V00doo yes I normally do cardio but some weight lifting too. I am going to try eating more calories and carbs and see if that makes a difference too. Thank you
