Are you reaching your weight loss goals?
I weighed myself today and I lost since the beginning of the year 18.3 kgs which is 40 pounds. Hard work does pay off. We are all definitely stronger than we think we are.

Yes i lost the lockdown weight. But i was only 6 stone before. But the mass increased to 7.5 stone. Which is brilliant 👏
