Good lord when I look at myself I wanna slap the fat right off me. I am SO DISGUSTED by my body right now it literally puts me off food.

I slap and grab my fat and wiggle myself in front of the mirror, and hate the way it moves. When I see my face I feel like daggers in my eyes and face, I hate myself so much
