Weight loss leaving me tired

The results are most definitely worth it but it is hard. For the last 3 weeks i have adopted a 5 day on 2 off exercise regime. It looks like this

Week 1

Day 1 gym
Day 2 run 5k
Day 3 gym
Day 4 run 5k
Day 5 gym

Week 2

Day 1 run 5k
Day 2 gym
Day 3 run 5k
Day 4 gym
Day 5 run 5k

And repeat

I then take two days recovery, but still try to get a decent walk in and make 10,000 steps. It is hard to stay motivated but the body shape changes and the weight loss (over 3kg) is worth it. Have also started fasting so not eating between 8pm and 12pm. I certainly feel healthier, on work out days i feel physically very tired but have plenty of energy on rest days. Oh i have also stopped drinking alcohol and made sure i drink plenty more water. I don't know how long it will be able to keep this up but so far so good.
