Self image problems

I had to let it go. I’m sexy in many ways other than some arbitrary standard.

Lots of men and women have self image issues. I have some myself. Your not alone

Everyone has their struggles and most are their own worst critics. I know I've been guilty of that. Don't you already have a boyfriend though?

Its normal for women to be overly critical of our physical "imperfections". We have been bombarded with that message all our lives. However, I have come to realize that all of the people I love most and enjoy being around have blatant "imperfections" be it extra padding, uneven curves, thin hair, unwanted skin spots, whatever. None of those things affect how I feel about them . I am more likely to dislike or feel uncomfortable around the "pretty people" who look "perfect" and seem to have it all together.
I could certainly benefit from losing weight, but at this point it would be more for my health, not to feel more lovely or loveable. (One of the benefits of being in my fifties). Love me or don't, I won't lose any sleep over it 🙂❤

I think there are a LOT more girls who have self-image problems than you think. They just keep it hidden.
