I Want to Lose Weight
Got myself a Charge 2 fitbit for my birthday. I love it! The first week I got it, I lost 1.7 pounds. I'm only 10.8 pounds away from my weight loss goal. Unfortunately this week (week 2) I gained .8 pounds. I guess I should be happy that I kinda maintained. It makes sense though because I did go out to eat a lot plus ate popcorn at the movies. I didn't exercise much either. I'm trying to do 5 days of exercise. I just need to tell myself how important my goal is and to exercise.
