I decided it was time for a change, stopped eating as badly as I was, and started gradually becoming more active. A year later, I've dropped over 50 pounds, a few pants sizes, and I feel better about myself than I have in a long time.
The best advice I could give anyone considering losing weight would be...to stop considering it, and just go for it. Don't set unrealistic goals for yourself, just set small ones over and over, and you'll be surprised at the results in due time.
