Ironic that 9 months ago I looked like a 9 month pregnant lady. It has been slow going but loving the progress I have seeing. Several inches lost from my waist.

I let myself down yesterday 馃槶 I had an extreme foodie binge, eating a 20 nugget meal with fries and coke and a medium pizza with wedges and ice cream. It felt good while I was having it, but immediate regret and about 30lbs heavier afterwards. Today I reset and it is 'day one' again 馃様
@Emele Hey, it's important not to be too hard on yourself. A momentary lapse is just that, a lapse. You'll be back on track in no time. Besides, you look great and if you enjoyed yourself for a bit, then that's fantastic.
