I Am Trying to Lose Weight
Story to encourage others. I've posted before, but wanted to again. After my divorce (2017), I gained a total of 60 pounds. Not all at once, but over the span about about 14 months. I realized there was an issue after the first 25 that I gained eating all of the "break-up" foods, not exercising, and generally not caring how I looked. Like I said before, I've never been real skinny, and like having curves, but I am please to say that after another year of eating better, exercising (LOTS of cardio) I am finally back to my pre-divorce weight of 150 (I'm 5'6). I'm still trying to see if I can get to the 135 mark, but for now I am going to enjoy what I have accomplished.
