I Want to Lose Weight and Get Healthier
In about half an hour..... I'm going to the gym to weigh in. My goal, as set by a special person who believes in me, is to be down to 216 dressed today. Still a bit heavy.....but it's going to make 10 pounds in the last seven days. Then I'm going to chug a full liter of water and probably have a protein bar and a cheeseburger. Before I work out. I'm starving!
