I Want to Lose Weight and Be Healthy

Well I already failed my 30 day workout with friends because they dropped out. I can't do this by myself I need support, anyone wanna do it with me? I want to restart, eat less, only drink water, and go on runs daily. I currently weigh 212 pounds my goal is to weigh 140.

If you really want to do this you can. It's a matter of self-discipline. Doing it with others is a good thing, but, as you have seen, that can be unreliable. Rely upon yourself!
