I Want to Lose Weight and Be Healthy

Well I already failed my 30 day workout with friends because they dropped out. I can't do this by myself I need support, anyone wanna do it with me? I want to restart, eat less, only drink water, and go on runs daily. I currently weigh 212 pounds my goal is to weigh 140.

there are many ways that you can do this . Having an accountability parnter in it is important but dont use the lack of one as a reason to stop.........you CAN do this and there are many other helps you can use along the way....DONT GIVE UP!!
